Contacting our customer service
When you reach out to our customer service departement, we will ask you for some information, depending on the question or complaint you have. In some cases your IP address will be shown to us. Examples of other information we may ask for include your name, address, email address and phone number. Of course we will gladly help you if you have any questions or problems. Our customer service is ready to provide you with the best advice possible. You can reach our customer service in a variety of ways, via email, WhatsApp, phone, social media or the chat feature on the website. No matter how you contact us, all sources of communication are linked together and the history of previous contacts can easily be traced. This way you don't have to tell us your story over and over again. We use your data to answer your question or to solve your problem. We can also keep you informed of the status of your question or complaint.
Your IP address can also be shown to us. Occasionally, people who contact us ask questions that have nothing to do with the products and services we offer. If we experience these messages as disrespectful and unpleasant, we will then be able to block the IP addresses of these people so that they will no longer be able to contact us.
If you have an online account and/or a VIP card, your details and your question or complaint will be linked to it, so that a clear overview is created. As a result, we can help you even better.
Do you have an online account and/or a VIP card? In that case, the data you share with customer service will be stored until you cancel your account and/or customer card. Do you not have an account or a customer card? In that case we will save your data for a period of at least 5 years. Should you contact customer service again in the future, we can help you optimally. Do you want all your data to be removed from our system, or do you want to cancel your online account and/or customer card? Please let us know at email@example.com
