You can see on our website whether products are in stock or not. The stock information show results for the stores and online. However, this doesn’t guarantee that the product you want to purchase is in stock in your nearest store. No rights may be derived from the stock information shown.
It may occur that simultaneously one specific product is being ordered by several people at the same time, while the stock is insufficient. Although the actual online stock is being refreshed regularly, it can happen that the product you just ordered is not in stock.
Should this be the case, we will send you a personal message as soon as possible. Offers are valid while stock lasts. When the article is no longer available we will help you look for alternatives should you wish one. We will reimburse you if you don’t want to receive a replacement product.
Item sold out = amount refunded
If it turns out that the item you ordered is sold out or is no longer delivered by the supplier, the amount will automatically be refunded. The purchase amount will then be refunded to the account where the order was paid for. As soon as this is the case, you will receive an e-mail from us. If you wish to receive something else, you can place another order via the webshop.
